The Quick Guide bars provide basic information about using the poster template and its size. They are placed outside the poster page and will not print with the poster. Also, if you save your poster as a PDF, you will see that the bars are not included. If you are planning to forward this template to others, we highly recommend removing the bars because they contain information about sizing. If you still need to remove them, follow the instructions below.
To delete the Quick Guide bars, go to the VIEW tab, click on SLIDE MASTER and click on the topmost Master. Select the left Quick Guide bar, Right-Click, and select Cut. Do the same with the right bar. When finished, click on Close Master View.
