Based on the infrastructure of the conference center, all posters must be 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall.

PDF files must be submitted for printing no later than May 28, 2010. If you need more time give us a call at 1.866.649.3004

Posters are special-priced for the conference at $65 each which is about 20% less than Kinkos’ standard prices. Shipping directly to the conference is included in the price. All posters are printed on photo-quality paper, at 600x600 resolution.

PDF Guidelines

Please make sure your PDF file is good for printing and not just for viewing. Preferably, your PDF should be at 100% the final poster size, in this case 48x36. Many PDF writing programs will default to an 8.5x11 page with large margins. In that case, we will automatically remove the white margins and trim your poster to the size of your original document. Make sure your original document is set to 48x36 or your final poster may not be proportional. You are responsible for having your poster set to the right proportions. if your PDF is not the right size, we will scale it to fit within the 48x36 required size. If you have questions feel free to call.

Check your PDF image quality. If your PDF page size is set to 48x36, zoom in to 100% viewing magnification and look at your graphics. If everything looks good, you are all set. If your graphics look blurry, check your PDF writing settings. If your settings are good and the graphics still look blurry, check your original document at 100% magnification. If your PDF is set to an 8.5x11 page, preview your graphics at 400% magnification.
Paying for your poster

Fill in the order form to the right of this screen. Please provide us with an email and phone number that we will be able to contact you with if we need to. If for some reason we don’t receive your file we will call you and if we can’t reach you we will email you.

You will be paying for your order through Google Checkout. Google will provide you with your ONLY receipt. We will not be able to re-issue lost receipts. It is important that you provide Google Checkout with a valid email address.

Your total for your poster order will be $65.00 US. The price includes taxes and shipping directly to the conference. When you pay for your order please enter YOUR name and address and not the conference address.
