Can I upload a PowerPoint document and still use the SuperSaver printing service?
The SuperSaver is only for PDF files. If you have a PowerPoint document you will have to convert it to a PDF or order our Professional service.
Can I see a proof before you print my poster with the Academic SuperSaver?
PDF files do not require proofing. We recommend that you make a small print for yourself before you submit your file to ensure that everything on the page is printable. What if my poster size is not one of the sizes listed?
If your poster size is different from the ones listed we will print your poster to fit inside the size you choose and pay for without distortion. That means that if your document is the wrong size you may end up getting extra white space on your poster. Can my poster be laminated?
Not with the SuperSaver. If you want your poster laminated use the Professional service. Can my poster be printed on Glossy?
We don’t print on glossy papers because they are hard to read in a conference environment. We do print on high quality Satin (semi-gloss) paper with our Professional service. Can I combine different size posters in one order?
Each order can only consist of posters of the same size. Does the Academic SuperSaver service include tech support?
The Academic SuperSaver does not include tech support. If you need help with your poster visit the Help Desk or choose the Professional service.
