Poster Size
Follow the poster size guidelines provided by the meeting's organizers before you select a poster size.
Upload Files
Upload your multi-page PowerPoint or Word document to be converted to a poster. The document you upload must be finalized. All images, graphics, tables, and graphs should be included and placed in the document in their proper order.
Number of Slides
Indicate the number of pages in the original document. Do not include information that does not need to be included on the poster. It will congest your poster and add to the conversion cost.

How does it work?
We take the conversion service. We provide you with a convenient and affordable way to convert your existing PowerPoint or Word documents to a PowerPoint research poster.
How long does the process take?
We offer three production schedules. Our Standard service takes 2 to 3 business days to complete your order. If you are in a rush, you can request same-day service and you would have to place your order by 10 AM Pacific time. If you are not in a rush you can use our Economy service which takes up to 5 business days to complete. All our services are first come, first served services.
Can I choose my own poster template?
Yes. If you already have a PowerPoint poster template that meets your project's requirements, we will be happy to use it for your project. Otherwise, we will use one of our poster templates. You can see our templates on this page: https://www.posterpresentations.com/free-poster-templates.html
Can I request edits after the conversion is finished?
Not after we have worked on your order but you can edit the PowerPoint poster we created.
Do I get to keep the poster file you create?
Yes. The PowerPoint file we send you is yours to use and modify as needed. No restrictions apply. Once we email the file to you, we may delete it from our servers and may not have access to it in the future.
Do I have to print my poster with your company?
No. You do not have to use our printing services. The finalized PowerPoint file you will receive from us will be printable by any professional printing service.
What do I need to provide so we can start the conversion process?
Here is what you need to provide us with so we can complete your project on time:
• The required poster size that is specified by the conference organizers. Please refer to their specifications before ordering.
• Text: Provide a Word document with all the text you want on your poster. Your text should be in the order you want it to appear on your poster. Do not forget to add a poster title, the names of the authors, including their credentials and the name of all affiliated institutions.
• Photos: The photos you want on your poster should be in the document you provide and in the right place within the text.
• Tables, graphs, and charts should be placed in the document you provide and in the right place within the text.
