Display your virtual poster in great detail, add narration, add video, easily share your presentation with colleagues, and answer their questions on your discussion board.
Start by uploading your poster to the form below. We will convert your research poster to an interactive multi-media virtual poster presentation you can use at your virtual conference and share with thousands of researchers and students from around the world.
Impress your audience at the virtual meeting. Share your screen to present your poster and respond to questions and comments submitted on your discussion board. Add narration or video to further enhance your presentation.
Easily share your poster with colleagues with just a click and let your visitors privately and securely communicate with you.
Your visitors can start discussions, ask questions, and get answers on your discussion forum.
The introduction panel on the top includes the poster's institutional affiliations, the poster title, and the poster's authors, which are presented just as they appear on the poster. They are followed by a link to the original PDF file of the poster for easy download. This feature can be disabled if needed. They are followed by the narration sound player, which can play an audio file up to five minutes long. You can see a narration example here.
Adding video to your poster presentation is also possible.
The discussion panel lets your audience comment about your poster, ask you questions, and have a discussion on the subject. Registration is required in order to participate in the discussion. Some meetings use only this feature instead of a live video sharing system like Zoom or WebX. You can see an example of a European group who used only the discussion panel for their meeting.
The presentation panel is the most important panel in our system. At its default setting, you see a large thumbnail of the poster. Hover over the thumbnail with your mouse for a quick close-up view of the poster. Click on the thumbnail, and the poster fills the browser window. That's the "stand-by" mode if you are in a Zoom meeting waiting for your turn to present your poster. Click again, and you can zoom and pan over the poster as you present it to your audience. Click on the X to close the window and go back to the main screen.
Just below the poster, you will find social media sharing buttons that your audience can use to post links to your poster online.
Because your privacy is important, we provide a secure email form that lets anyone who inquires about your poster to email you without being able to see your email address. Before you submit your poster, we recommend that you remove the contact information that you may want to keep private.
