Poster Author Instructions

In advance of the event, please use resources provided and be aware of deadlines.
Contact the Center for Nursing Science  if you have any questions.

  • Submission Deadline 
    Posters must be submitted by April 24th at midnight. To submit your poster use the online form on this page.
  • File preparation
    Save your poster document in PDF format and confirm that it looks good, and everything is legible when viewing at 100% magnification on your screen. It is preferred that your poster is in Landscape orientation for better viewing.
  • Poster Templates
    Use poster templates available to draft your poster
  • Presentation Prep Workshop
    Attend a Presentation Prep Workshop to review your drafted poster
  • Abstract
    Upload (copy and paste) your abstract. Please provide the most current version based on feedback from the EBP & Research Council.
  • Presentation
    For May 8th, prepare a 3-minute talk to deliver in person that briefly reviews the highlights of your project and complements the information on your poster. You may write out the text. Practice reading it slowly and clearly for the day of the event. There is not a requirement to record and upload a narration this year, only that you present your poster in person at the conference.
