ABSTRACT:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the healthcare landscape, influencing everything from clinical decision-making to operational efficiency. As healthcare organizations increasingly adopt AI technologies to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient outcomes, future healthcare leaders must be equipped with both conceptual understanding and practical skills to engage with these tools effectively.
This poster presents a pilot assignment designed to prepare undergraduate and graduate students for the evolving demands of healthcare leadership. Through scenario-based, experiential learning, students engage in real-world problem solving using AI tools such as ChatGPT for strategic communication, Tableau for data visualization, and Power BI for analytics. The assignment fosters not only technical proficiency but also critical thinking about the ethical implications and organizational value of AI in healthcare management.
