Submission format and poster size requirements:
FORMAT: Posters should be submitted as "Print-Ready" PDF documents.
SIZE: AO (36" wide x 48" tall)

A free poster template for that size is available on this page. You can use your own template but if your poster is not the correct size your order may be delayed and/or additional charges may apply.

Turnaround schedule and shipping:

All poster will be printed in the order they are submitted. Shipping to the conference and handling are both included in the price. All posters will be delivered to their destination no later than July 27th, 2017.
