Shipping to Hotels
Many times it is more practical to send your poster directly to your hotel instead of your work or home address. It can save you the hassle of carrying your poster and may even save you some airline fees. Shipping to hotels is a common and safe option for your poster delivery. Most hotels either have business centers within them or are setup to receive guest packages. We prefer to ship your poster so that it arrives one or two days before you need it (even if that is before you arrive at the hotel), just to be on the safe side. We highly recommend that you call your hotel in advance in order to alert them to expect your package, confirm that they will in fact accept the delivery, and hold it for you until you arrive.
Guarantee
We understand how important it is that your presentation arrives at its destination on time. Although FedEx provides a shipping refund for failed deliveries (which very rarely happens), we provide an additional layer of assurance so that you can relax and not worry about your presentation.
We encourage you to schedule your poster to arrive at least one day early if possible. If this is not possible, and something goes wrong, you should call us as soon as possible so we can take action.
Local Pick-up
If you are in the Bay Area you are welcome to come and pick up your poster in person. Please call ahead of time so we can ensure that we have your order ready when you arrive. Directions are available on our Contact page.
