Poster size requirements:
Posters must be 40 inches wide by 30 inches tall. A PowerPoint poster template for that size is provided here.
Meeting: KP East Bay Academy of Medical Educators Research Symposium
Submission format:
Print-quality PDF is our preferred format. If you are using later versions of PowerPoint for Windows or PowerPoint for iOS, go to the file menu and “Save as PDF”. Preview how your PDF will print by zooming in at 100%. At that magnification you will see on your screen what your images will look like when printed.
Turnaround schedule and shipping:
Poster orders will be processed, packaged in tubes, labeled with your name and delivered to the following address by February 25th. If more convenient, you are welcome to pick your poster up from our location in Berkeley.
