There are two forms on this page. One for premium fabric and one for professional quality paper. Choose one of the forms on this page to order your poster.
Poster file upload: Upload as many files as needed. PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted for best results.
File(s) created on: Let us know if you created your poster on a Windows or Mac. It will help us eliminate compatibility errors.
Assurance proof: If you upload a PowerPoint file we will email you a PDF for your approval prior to printing. If you are in a rush and have sent us a good quality PDF there is no need for a proof.
Select In-hand date: The date you want the poster in your hands.
Color handouts: Optional handout mini posters. High quality digital prints.
Notes/Requests: Anything you want us to know about your order.

Submission format and poster size requirements:
We accept both PDF and PowerPoint documents. Our preferred format is PDF. If you submit a PowerPoint file we will send you a digital proof and we will require approval prior to printing.
Posters are displayed on a standard poster board with the dimensions of
90 inches (2.3 meters) wide by 42 inches (1.1 meters) high of usable space.

Turnaround schedule and shipping:
Poster orders placed and paid for before noon, Pacific, Monday through Friday will ship out the same day.
Four shipping options are available to the Symposium attendees:
