ABSTRACT
We investigated the psychometric properties of the Vaccine Hesitancy Scale among people with HIV (PWH) for COVID-19 vaccination. Participants (N=175) were on average 51.55 years of age and 55% were women. Cronbach’s α = 0.72, suggesting reliability was acceptable. An exploratory factor analysis showed “Lack of confidence” and “risks” explained 45.55% and 12.31% of the variance. Results illustrate that the modified VHS for COVID-19 vaccination has adequate psychometric properties in PWH.
