Submission format and poster size requirements:
FORMAT: Posters should be submitted as "Print-Ready" PDF documents. SIZE: 48" wide by 36" tall

A free poster template for that size is available on this page. You can use your own template but if your poster is not the correct size your order may be delayed and/or additional charges may apply.

Turnaround schedule and shipping:

All poster will be printed in the order they are submitted. All orders will be available for pickup at PosterPresentations.com at 2117 Fourth street STE C in Berkeley by Wednesday, March 14th.
Posters that have not been picked up by the 14th will be delivered to the following address by noon on March 15th to the following address:

How to order your poster:
