Submission format and poster size requirements:
Posters should be submitted as "Print-Ready" PDF or PowerPoint documents at either 100% final size or 50% final size. Please refer to the conference website for poster size requirements. PowerPoint poster templates and design assistance is provided here:

Turnaround schedule and shipping:
Poster orders placed before noon (Pacific), will be ready and will ship out the same business day unless noted differently.
We will schedule your poster's delivery based on the date you specify on the online order form.
How to order your poster:
There are two forms on this page. One for premium fabric and one for professional quality paper. Choose one of the forms on this page to order your poster.
Poster file upload: Upload as many files as needed. PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted for best results.
File(s) created on: Let us know if you created your poster on a Windows or Mac. It will help us eliminate compatibility errors.
Assurance proof: If you upload a PowerPoint file we will email you a PDF for your approval prior to printing. If you are in a rush and have sent us a good quality PDF there is no need for a proof.
Presentation date: The date you are presenting your poster in case we need to adjust your shipping.
Poster size: That's where you choose the size of poster you want. It is very important that the size you choose matches the size of your document.
Color handouts: Optional handout mini posters. High quality digital prints.
Notes/Requests: Anything you want us to know about your order.
Total # of posters: Enter the number of posters you uploaded. For example, if you uploaded 2 files change the number to 2.
