This is our most affordable poster presentation creation service. It is offered at a flat rate and it includes minimum design. We take your existing PowerPoint presentation, extract all the slides and arrange them horizontally or vertically on a poster template that matches the look of your original multi-slide presentation.
What’s included:
- Preparation of the original document.
- Creation of title, subtitle and affiliations.
- One PDF proof.
This method of creating a poster does not allow for easy revisions of content. Make sure all your content is finalized prior to providing us with your file.

The professional design package is our standard and most popular option. With this service, you can expect your poster to look organized and professional. After submitting your relevant documents, PowerPoint files, graphs, tables, and/or photos to us, we can create your poster. We design your poster with our existing templates by transferring, formatting, and arranging the items appropriately according to the conference and/or your given specifications.

The corporate design package is our most flexible and customized option. With this service you can expect your poster to match your corporate template while presenting your data in an optimized format. After a phone consultation, you will send us template specifications and poster dimensions together with the text, tables, graphs and other images (including logo files) in Word, PowerPoint, Excel or other high resolution formats. If you don't already have a corporate template, we can work with you to develop one.
