Turnaround schedule and shipping:
Poster orders placed and paid for before noon, Pacific, Monday through Friday will ship out the same day.
Four shipping options are available to SHAPE America attendees:

- Free Ground shipping to any US location (up to five business days)
- Two business day delivery to any US location (add $24)
- Next business morning delivery to any US location (add $35)

Poster size requirements:
Posters must be 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall.
A PowerPoint poster template for that size is available on this page.

Submission format:
Print-quality PDF is our preferred format. If you are using PowerPoint 2010 or a Mac version, go to the file menu and “Save as PDF”. Preview how your PDF will print by zooming in at 100%. We are not liable for low quality images or formating errors. If you cannot create a PDF you can submit your PowerPoint document.
