Submission format and poster size requirements:
FORMAT: Posters should be submitted as "Print-Ready" PDF documents. SIZE: 48" wide by 36" tall
Free 36x48 poster templates are available on this page. You can use your own template but if your poster is not the correct size your order may be delayed and/or additional charges may apply.

Turnaround schedule and shipping:

All posters will be printed in the order they are submitted. A variety of shipping options are available at checkout including free shipping. As we get closer to the meeting date, certain options may not be available.

Please plan your shipping  carefully in case of an unexpected courier delay.

 

How to order your poster:
Please fill in all the information required on the online form. You can use the form to upload as many files as you wish. You can use a credit card to pay for your order.
